Hey! This is very nice. You should definitely continue pixelling!
Onto some tips, you're very well headed, I just think you need more practice, maybe a few more distinct highlights - your shadows are bold, but there's either no highlights or they're too faint, so try to focus on that too

I like the gradient on top of the dress, but you tackled the shadows on the bottom half poorly, if you can, try to do them like you shaded the circle on the strap, light on the upper left while the right and bottom are shaded.

The good thing about pixel-art is that you can always go back to correct your mistakes since it is so small!
